Our group wide client facing teams are constantly looking for ways in which we can deliver excellent client service and build on the relationships we have with intermediaries, individuals and family offices.
We had recognised that it had become so much harder to share documents, allow dynamic interactions or fast track negotiations, while knowing that emails or other shared services are continually exposed to the dangers of intervention by unwanted parties.
Sharing documents and data is critical to the processes, controls and governance for any fiduciary provider. Our objective was to find a secure, but easy-to-use solution to facilitate this.
We started using Safelink four years ago to create our virtual data rooms and we have significantly enhanced the 'client experience', while simultaneously ensuring that the data we share is transmitted and stored in a safe, secure but easy to access environment.
